Gear Blanks

Osborne Technologies will provide our customers with rawhide and phenolic gear blanks upon request. Rawhide gear blanks are typically furnished with rivets, brass flanges, lathed outside diameter and finished center bore. Phenolic gears are typically furnished with a lathed outside diameter and finished center bore.

However, we will work with our customers to provide any gear blank in the manner that they require. For example, should the application require steal flanges, hub or shoulder, tapered bore, etc. we will work with you to get the job done right.
